What does the $9.99 cover? +
You get a personalized, compatible parts list built around your budget, games, and needs. The $9.99 is non-refundable once paid. The only way to get it back is to have us build your PC, in which case it comes right back to you. If you build it yourself, you keep the parts list and we keep the fee.
How long until I get my build plan? +
We usually get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with your personalized build plan. More complex requests can take a little longer. And if we don't respond within 3–5 days, your consultation fee is fully refunded — no questions asked.
What if I don't know my budget? +
No problem. Just tell us the games you want to play and what you'll use the PC for. We'll give you options at a few different price points so you can decide what works best.
Can I choose my own parts? +
Absolutely. If you have specific parts in mind, include them in the form. We'll work around your preferences and make sure everything is compatible.
Do custom builds come with a warranty? +
Yes. Every PC we build, custom or pre-built, ships with a warranty. Same stress testing, same cable management, same support.
How much does a custom build cost? +
It depends on your specs and budget. We build custom PCs at every price point. The $9.99 consultation fee is the only upfront cost, and it comes back to you if we build it.
