Return Window Returns are accepted withinย 5 days of delivery forย unopened items. All returns require prior authorization โ to initiate a return, contact our support team within 5 days of delivery with your order number.
Restocking Fee Because all systems are assembled, configured, and tested prior to shipment, approved returns are subject to a 15โ20% restocking fee to cover labor, inspection, and reprocessing.ย
To Qualify for a Refund
- The system must be returned in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned
- All original components must be installed
- No physical damage, misuse, or modifications
- Returns that arrive with physical damage due to improper packaging may result in a reduced refund or denial of refund
What's Not Eligible for Return
- Custom commission builds (invoiced orders outside of our standard product lineup)
- Pre-order cancellations after the order has been placed
- Opened or heavily modified custom builds
Damaged or Defective Items If your PC arrives damaged or defective due to a build or assembly error on our end, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the system.
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3โ5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refunded, except when the return is due to damage caused by us or the carrier.
Return Shipping
- Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and packing costs
- We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment โ we can provide the label (cost will be deducted from final refund amount)
- Systems must be packaged securely. If the original shipping container is no longer available, use a container of equal or greater durability
- We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper packaging
