Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time All computers are built, tested, and securely packaged before shipment. Ready-to-Ship PCs typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Built-to-Order PCs typically ship within 5–10 business days after payment is received. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and package size. You may have the option to select specific timeframes.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates unless otherwise stated.

Packaging All computers are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Refunds will deduct costs that are returned by the carrier due to address inaccuracy.

Shipping Damage If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the computer so we can assist with a carrier claim if necessary.

Lost or Delayed Shipments Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping provider. While we will help investigate issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Lost packages are insured and will be refunded to you.

Signature Confirmation High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
